Store Policies
Sales Tax:
Stone Jewels collects 6% sales tax on all Idaho resident orders only.
Processing:
All products on our website are in-stock items and ship 1-3 days of order received, Monday - Friday.
Exemptions: holidays, out of town events, vacations, and acts of nature.
Shipping:
Stone Jewels ships within the United States including; Alaska, and Hawaii. USPS Tracking number will automatically be sent to the email you provided at checkout.
Cancellations:
You can inform us of your decision by e-mail stonejewels.ang@gmail.com
Orders can be cancelled after payment if the order is cancelled before the items are shipped.
Shipped orders are ineligible for cancellation and the Returns Policy becomes applicable (see below).
We will reimburse you no later than 5 business days from the day of cancellation using the same means of payment used for the purchase. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Exchanges:
Exchanges must be arranged within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us at stonejewels.ang@gmail.com
Exchanges will equal the value of your return. Customer will be responsible for new shipping fee, and any applicable sales tax, including additional product cost if price is more than the returned item cost.
Returns:
Please notify us upon receiving your order if there are any issues, stonejewels.ang@gmail.com and we will respond with the return product information.
Returns must be arranged within 14 days of receiving your order.
Stone Jewels will email a prepaid Return Shipping Label that you can print or take to the post office to be printed for you. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
If item is damaged or defective, please include in your email, photos of product and packaging,
Invoice number, your name, mailing address and email.
All products must be unused, not worn, and returned in the same condition they were received.
Products must be packed to prevent damage in the original packaging, with any gift box or bag, and bubble wrap. If original exterior packaging is unavailable for re-use, please use box or padded envelope of original weight and dimensions.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you.
A refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institute, this could take up to 10 days for the refund to appear.
Refunds include the product cost, original shipping fee, and any applicable sales tax.
Ineligible for Return or Exchange:
Products made to your specifications or personalized.
Products damaged for reasons not due to our error.
Clearance Sale products are final sale, and not eligible for returns or refunds.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Gifts:

Refunds can only be sent to the gift giver using the same means of payment used for the purchase. Returned items must be received before initiating a refund.
